VTC Shipping Policy

At VTC, we strive to deliver your favorite T-shirts to your doorstep as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand our delivery process.

Shipping Options

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-15 business days (subject to customs clearance).

Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders:
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat rate of ₹50 applies.
- Express Shipping: ₹100 flat rate.
International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or SMS.
You can track your package directly on the shipping provider’s website.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, any customs duties or taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping fees.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at info@vtclothing.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to assist you.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers are responsible for reshipment fees.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Certain regions may experience delays due to logistical challenges or natural circumstances.
